What is Bioplastic?

According to Current Research in Green and Sustainable Chemistry Publication in 2022, Compostable Plastics have the potential to break down into carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O) within 90-180 days, provided there is sufficient humidity, oxygen, and the presence of microorganisms.

This process occurs in natural landfills or with compost, unlike Conventional Plastics, which can persist for hundreds to thousands of years.

How Earthya™ worked Close-loop system?

Compostable bioplastic supports a sustainable cycle, reducing plastic waste, promoting renewable resources, and minimizing environmental impact.

The composting process diverts waste from landfills, reducing greenhouse gases and pollution, while also fostering a circular economy and enriching soil for sustainable agriculture and resource conservation.
